Dry-Year tramsfer of State Water Project water, Table A allocation between State Water Contractors (LCID & AVEK): 1) LCID to transfer 1,380 AF of 2007 allocation to AVEK in 2007, 2) Avek accept transferred water into its delivery capacity to help fulfill dry-year needs, 3) Avek shall return 100% of the 1,380 AF (with no charges associated) to LCID within the next 10 years as per agreement reviewed and approved by Dept. of Water Resources, State Water Project Analysis Office (SWPAO).
