Construction of approximately 1,500 feet extension of second track as storage track, a security barrier, maintenance access, and landscaping for turnback track. The project also included both surface and structured parking options up to a total of 153 spaces. The project is anticipated to require right-of-way (ROW) acquisition east of the existing ROW up to the sidewalk along Camino Capistrano where the turnback track is proposed and acquisition of the Caltrans Maintenance Yard.
