This project will determine the availability and cost of water end use customer time of use meters, and provide a test case installation and monitoring demonstration project to determine if TOU water meters are a viable demand side option for water agencies to be able to reduce their on peak electrical demand by encouraging their customers to shift water use out of the peak electrical periods and thereby reduce the electrical pumping loads from peak demand periods.
