Alter the streambed by excavating around the pipe (Line 324 at MP 38.86), clean the pipe, rewrap the pipe, backfilling around the pipe and the installing a pre-cast concern revetment mat (SUBMAR). In addition, Longitudinal Peaked stone toe protection will be installed on either side of the pipe. SAA # 1600-2006-0320-R5
