The proposed project consists of a Boundary Line Adjustment for two (2) RD-10 parcels. The boundary adjustment will increase the size of the northern-most parcel (APN 261-0700-042) by approximately 453 square feet, while decreasing the size of the southern parcel (APN 261-0700-043) by the same amount.
The proposed project consists of minor lot line adjustments, not resulting in the creation of nay new parcel, and is therefore exempt from the provisions of CEQA.
