The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to upgrade and enhance their Water Conservation Program to increase regional water-use efficiency over the long term. These enhancements and upgrades include installing water-conservation devices, adding and improving incentives, and instituting a large water use audit program.
