Document Description
The southern portion of the 18-acre Corporation Yard includes a 4-acre, inactive landfill that was historically used to dispose of construction and demolition debris, yard waste, and street litter. The City proposes to clean close this inactive landfill under the supervision of regulatory agencies. Clean closure is a process where the waste in an inactive landfill is removed resulting in a clean property. Once the inactive landfill is clean closed, the area will by graded and reseeded for storm water and erosion control.
