Project is located in the unincorporated community of San Andreas in Calaveras County, CA at the existing San Andreas Sanitary District (District) Wastewater Treatment Plan (WWTP). The District WWTP Upgrades Project consist of the following: Replace Headworks; Upgrade the Irrigation Pump Station; Make Improvements to Pond D; Make Improvements to Pond B and C; Aeration Improvements; and Replace the aging sludge Digester. The total length of project construction is anticipated to take approx. 12-24 months, and is anticipated to take place in 2017 and 2018.
