Installation of a new secondary clarifier, 4. Installation of tertiary filters with flocculation basins, 5. Modification of existing chlorination/dechlorination facilities, 6. Improvements to the facility hydraulics to incorporate the new processes, and 7. Construction of chemical storage and metering facilities.
