The Project includes four main parts in four connected area. 1. The "WWTP upgrades" (treatment process improvements) will include, expansion of treatment, storage and disposal capacity to comply with regulations and accommodate new near term growth. 2. 3 new storage ponds and the excavation/expansion of existing Pond D. 3. Spray irrigation system, emergency run-off system for water collection, and ground water monitoring wells. 4. Reduced dilution ratio for surface water discharge and an extended winter discharge period.
