The Master Plan provides the for development of a variety of uses throughout the Master Plan Area.
The Truckee Railyard Master Plan area is comprised of approximately 75 acres immediately adjacent to the eastern end of the Town of Truckee's historic downtown. The Master Plan area is generally bound by Glenshire Drive and Donner Pass Road along the northern edge, Donner Pass Road and Bridge Street to the west, and East River Street along the southern edge. The area extends east towards the Highway 267 Truckee Bypass just beyond where Trout Creek crosses over the site and begins to run parallel with the railroad line.
