The project proposes to: (1) realign 1,130 feet of Grant Line Road at its intersection with White Rock Road; (2) improve Prairie City Road at its intersection with White Rock Road; (3)widen approximately 11,300 feet of White Rock Road from two to four lanes; and (4)eliminate the right angle turn to the northwest at Old White Rock Road. The Project starts approximately 1,600 feet west of Grant Line and ends approximately 900 feet east of Prairie City Road.
