The CA Dept. Of Fish and Wildlife is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2013-0219-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Caltrans. The project proposes to construct facilities for the improvement of the quality of storm water runoff as part of the Lake Tahoe Basin Environmental Improvement Program.
