Document Description
The project consists of Certification of a MND for improvements identified under Phases I, II, III, V, and VI of the Markham Ravine Nature Area Master Plan. The phases are combined for analysis of the improvements, with Phase I (Foskett Ranch and Teal Hollow) corresponding to Phases I and II in the Master Plan, Phase II (Lincoln Air Center) corresponding to Phase III of the Master Plan, and Phase III (Brookview and Joiner Park) corresponding to Phases V and VI of the Master Plan. There are five major components for improvements proposed throughout the nature area: (1) recreation, (2) habitat, (3) flood management, (4) conversion to river parkway, and (5) conservation and interpretive enhancements.
