The project is a mix of two and three story buildings located within the Shiloh Road Village Vision Plan area. A portion of Kendall Way will be constructed to provide access to the project from Old Redwood Highway, as shown on the Shiloh Road Village Vision Plan. The project has two zoning districts and has requested a density bonus and incentives for development of the site.
