Document Description
The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The project includes realigning and widening a portion of SR 49/Diamond Road from Pleasant Valley Road to just south of Bradley Drive. The existing drainage ditch will be filled and a new drainage ditch will be created adjacent to the new roadway.
