Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number ELD-50605-R2, pursuant to
section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, El Dorado County.
The project is limited to the grading and construction of approximately 0.7 miles of a 4-lane arterial roadway between Missouri Flat Road and State Route 49 in the community of Diamond Springs. Project roadway construction would include the installation of drainage inlets and culverts, as well as the removal of existing culverts at five locations. Individual drainage crossings along the Parkway corridor would consist of closed conduit culverts and open bottom culvert crossings. Work activities will include excavation, grading, paving, storm drain improvements, utility work, and traffic signals. Existing trees and vegetation will be cleared/grubbed within the footprint of the proposed roadway. Construction of the roadway would also require minor improvements and/or realignment of Throwita Way, Bradley Street,
and Old Depot Road.
