Document Description
The project will establish a hard rock quarry and processing planet. Work within jurisdictional water consists of the construction of a single crossing over Carson Creek, several crossing over ephemeral and intermittent unnamed drainages for site access, and grading of additional drainages in preparation for the construction of an aggregate mine and associated processing facility. No mining within the active stream channels of drainages will occur.
