Document Description
1. A General Plan Amendment to change the designations on the General Plan Land Use Diagram from Resource Conservation Area to Aggregate Resource Area for 960+ acres of the 1,360+ acre property, and to add the Aggregate Resource Area to the remaining 400+ acres of the property.
2. Rezone from AG-80 to AG-80 (SM) Surface Mining Combining for the 1,360+ acre property.
3. A Use Permit to allow quarry mining and processing of materials including an aggregate processing plant, hot-mix asphalt plant, ready-mix concrete plant, construction materials recycling, dimension stone workshop, and concrete products manufacturing ** on 613+ acres of the 1,360+ acre property for a term of 100 years.
4. A Reclamation Plan that will include a lake as the end use of the pit area.
5. A Development Agreement between the applicant and Sacrament County.
