Revised Solid Waste Facilities Permit to allow an increase in the maximum elevation from 150 feet to 245 feet above mean sea level. An increase in design capacity from 50.8 million cubic yards to 57.5 million cubic yards. A decrease in permitted disposal area from 308 acres to 298 acres. An extension of the estimated closure date from 2025 to 2041.
