Document Description
A Modification to a previously approved Planned Development Permit, Condition Use Permit of the Coastal Development Permit. Also included is a Notice of Merger, Lot Line Adjustment and Special Permit. Phase 1 The original project approval included a Final Map Subdivision, the development of the health club, associated parking, and drainage facilities. Phase 2 of the original project approval included the development of 13 single family townhouse to the east of the HealthSPORT facility. Phase 2 is proposed to be modified to reduce the overall number of residential lots from 13 to 4. Lots 2 through 6 and 14 will be merged with Lot 1 to provide additional parking for the Health club and residents of the residential units. The remaining lots will be reconfigured into four residential lots, ranging in size from 1,1750 square feet to 2,936 square feet. Each of the residential lots will be developed with a primary and secondary dwelling unit of 800 square feet and 750 square feet, respectively. Water and sewer service is provided by the Humboldt Community Services District.
