Zoning and GPD are largely consistent with the existing pattern of land uses.
Document Description
The project is an amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the Merged Fullerton Redevelopment Project, to add the territory (the "Amendment Area") to the existing Project Area. The Amendment Area includes two noncontiguous sub-areas in the southwestern and southeastern portions of the City totaling approximately 1,164 acres.
