Existing developmetn consists of low- and medium-density residential neighborhoods, neighborhood commercial services, light industrial/ manufacturing uses, public/quasi-public uses, and the Fullerton Municipal Airport. Zoning and GPD are largely consistent with the existing pattern of land uses.
Document Description
The project will adopt and implement an amendment to a redevelopment plan in the City of Fullerton. The Amendment Area consists of ~1,165 acres and is the focus of this environmental assessment. The Fullerton Redevelopment Agency has proposed the project for the purpose of alleviating blight and promoting reinvestmnet in the Amendment Area. Although no development or construction is proposed at this time, implementation of the project is exptected to facilitate infrastructure improvement and rehabilitation activities consistent with the adopted City of Fullerton General Plan.
