Document Description
A Zoning Administrators Adjustment to permit a reduced south side yard setback of 4-feet in lieu of the 10-feet otherwise required, and a 4.5-foot rear yard setback, in conjunction with the construction of a new, two-story, 3,775 square-foot single-family dwelling on an approximately 31,600 square-foot hillside lot, in the RE15-1-H Zone. As proposed, the dwelling would maintain vehicular access to Mandeville Canyon Road via an easement over an existing bridge located on the south adjoining property. A Haul Route for the export of 2,950 cubic yards of dirt is considered.
