The project being proposed for implementation consists of removing the existing abandoned railroad bridge across the Sana Ana River, constructing a new bridge over the Santa Ana River, replacing the bridge over Mission Creek, partial acquisition of selected properties within the right-of-way, expansion of Mountain View Avenue north of I-10 to the proposed Santa Ana River bridge, and connecting the new road to Central Avenue.
