Document Description
A revision to the Solid Waste Facilities Facility Permit includes the following changes: Increase the total permitted area from 297.45 acres to 887 acres and increases the disposal footprint from 185.1 acres to 368 acres; Increase the design capacity from 43,500,000 cubic yards to 119,600,000 cubic yards; Increase the traffic volume from 822 vehicles per day to 892 vehicles per day; Increase in maximum tonnage from 3,000 tons per day municipal solid waste (MSW) to 9,250 tons per day (MSW = 6,000 tpd, Beneficial Use/Other = 3,250), Extension of estimated closure date from 2022 to 2052; Revision of LEA permit conditions of monitoring programs, Revision of Join Technical Document.
