Selected revised sections of the previosly circulated Draft EIR for an existing CUP (LU07-0048) in order to allow: additional recycling facilities; consolidation of local refuse and recycling collection operations; a lateral and vertical expansion of existing landfill operations; and an extension of the disposal capacity and life of the landfill.
Based on public comments and County Agency review and direction, selected sections of the Draft EIR have been revised, refined and/or expanded in the areas of Land Use/ General Plans Goals, Policies, and Programs, Air Quality, Recreational Facilities, Hazards, and Cumulative Analysis pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15088.5.
