The project is the implementation of a Remedial Action Plan at the proposed Central Region High School #13. The proposed RAP project is part of a new school construction project of the Los Angeles Unified School District. A proposed remedial action will be conducted in accordance with the RAP to address soils impacted with arsenic, lead, volatile organic compounds, polyaromatic hydrocarbons, polychlorinated biphenyls and pesticides.
