The proposal is for the issuance of a clear and grub permit on approximately 367.53 acres of land. The purpose of the permit is for the master development of this area, located at the southwest corner of SCLA. Once cleared and grubbed, the land will be in position for immediate development. However, rough grading and master planned infrastructure (including drainage) will not occur at this time and entitlements and permitting must be secured for any future development on the 367.53 acres.
