Document Description
Plot Plan No. 22372 proposes to construct a 2,530 square foot wine tasting building with an office attached to the existing 8,250 square foot storage building and 28 parking spaces. The project proposes to host special events from 5 pm to 10 pm Monday through Sunday with most events taking place on the weekends; these events will consist of forty special events with a maximum of 50 guests. Seventy-six percent of the project site is currently planted in vineyards and will remain.
