Document Description
The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), in cooperation with the Southern California Regional Rail Authority, proposes the construction of a turn back facility between Pomona Avenue and Orangethorpe Avenue at the Fullerton Transportation Center to facilitate intra-Orange County service. An optional additional track line, known as the Anaheim Layover Facility, is proposed for use as an overnight layover and storage facility for Metrolink trains.
