The project is the development of a 23.58 acre parcel of land located on the south side of Lomita Boulevard at 2740 Lomita Boulevard. The development would involve the subdivision of the existing parcel into three. One parcel would be developed into a mixture of medical, professional office and light industrial pad buildings totaling 210,066 square feet. No improvements have been identified for the remaining two parcels.
