Document Description
For the overall project, KCCSD proposes to construct a Surface Water Treatment Plant and a Commercial Water Tank Facility. The proposed project will be constructed in two phases and will be connected via pipeline to the existing KCCSD water lines. A portion of the project requires a turnout on Reach 8D of the California Aqueduct. The siphon turnout will take water from the California Aqueduct to a planned surface water treatment plant located nearby. The proposed turnout requires a construction, operation and maintenance agreement with DWR.
