The applicant, Seventh Street Development, proposes to reuse the site for light industrial and/or commercial uses, which may include manufacturers and food processing uses. The site will be developed with up to nine buildings ranging from 9,500 to 34,000 square feet and associated parking with approximately 340 spaces.
