Document Description
The proposed project consists of expanding the existing 129,794 square-foot Walmart store by 41,644 square feet to a total square footage of 171,438. The expanded store would retail general merchandise and groceries and operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Site improvements to parking, drainage, and pedestrian circulation would also be implemented.
