The proposed project involves the construction of bike lanes and sidewalks within the Las Lomas Drive existing right-of-way between the intersections of Hall Road and Thomas Road in the unincorporated community of Las Lomas in northern Monterey County. Las Lomas Road is a County Road. The proposed project includes the removal of three (3) non-native trees from the public right-of-way to accommodate the bicycle lane and pedestrian improvements.
