Document Description
The proposed project will rehabilitate the existing North Oxidation Ditch and improve piping throughout the WWTP. An anoxic zone will be added to the North Oxidation Ditch to better treat Biochemical Oxygen Demand and Total Suspended Solids and to reduce effluent nutrient levels. The project has a maximum 0.8 MGD capacity (the entire WWTP's capacity is 2.25 MGD). The project will improve aging yard piping between the metering structure and the oxidation ditch and from the existing clarifiers to newly constructed percolation ponds.
