Document Description
The project proposes a General Plan Amendment and Zone Change to construct four concrete tilt-up industrial buildings ranging in size from 99,164 s.f. to 789,052 s.f. totaling 2,176,758 s.f. Building 4, comprising approximately 99,164 s.f. will be utilized for general light industrial uses, and the balance of the building area located in Buildings 1, 2 and 3 will be utilized for warehouse/distribution uses. The project proposes a TPM to subdivide the existing site into 5 lots and an amendment of the existing Development Agreement executed for the previously approved project to include the entitlements required for the modified project.
