DFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, California Army National Guard, represented by Darryl Balcao. The applicant proposes to remove an existing bridge structure consisting of 2 concrete footings and wood support beams spanning Chorro Creek. Wood support beams and only one concrete footing on the north bank will be removed.
