The applicant proposes routine maintenance and reconstruction of an existing earthen berm that diverts water from Woodland Creek to the intake of a water conveyance facility. Debris and/or vegetation will be removed from the small pool surrounding the diversion pipe, as needed, to keep the opening to the diversion pipe free of obstructing debris.
