Document Description
Alpine County proposes to place three 30" culverts, approximately 15' to 20' in length, placed side by side in the channel of Bear Creek between November 1 and December 31 depending upon snowfall. As snow accumulates, a snowmobile trail will be packed and groomed over the top of the culverts. The culverts will be removed in the spring upon the beginning of seasonal snowmelt and prior to peak run off.
