Document Description
Annexation of territory in District's service area to include six formerly serviced tax rate areas within the City of Petaluma. The District has been receiving tax revenues from these areas and providing services since at least 1968. A recently discovered, historical clerical error excludes the six tax rate areas. The City of Petaluma wishes to continue to receive services from the District.
