Document Description
This project proposes to replace an existing railroad bridge over Miller Slough due to deterioration of the structure. The existing 5-span 74-foot long timber stringer trestle-ballast deck bridge will be replaced with a 3-span 70-foot long pre-stressed concrete box girder bridge. The proposed railroad north abutment will be placed 4 feet outside of the existing railroad north abutment for improved alignment with the channel.
