Acquisition of 1,657-acre Roche Ranch for the purposes of protection and restoration of natural resources, to provide for public access and to allow some agriculture to control invasives. The beneficiaries will be the public able to enjoy the natural beauty of the property and wildlife whose habitat resides here. Restoration of the natural habitat and Tolay Creek Watershed will be planned and implemented in the future.
