Document Description
The Operator proposes to alter the streambed through the removal of vegetation and debris within 5 to a maximum of 50 on either side of the low flow channel of the Pallet Creek, located within the boundaries of Saint Andrew's Abbey, for access road(s) maintenance. Disturbance shall be limited to the following: removal of unattractive trash accumulation, removal of dead vegetation to reduce fire hazards, and removal of flow obstructions for flood control purposes.
