Work consists of replacing the existing 156-inch Butterfly Valves and appurtenances at Gianelli Pumping - Generating Plant. The existing valves are over 40 years old and have become unreliable, causing extensive downtime. In addition, due to the age of the units, maintenance has become an ongoin effort. Replacing the existing valves will ensure reliable operation of the State Water Project.
