- Shore Terminals LLC (a NuStar Energy Company) (aka NuStar or Selby), the applicant and operator of the Shore Terminal, proposes to continue existing operations of the Shore Terminal, located on tide and submerged state lands on the south shore of the Carquinez Strait, just west of the Carquinez Bridge in Contra Costa County, between the cities of Crockett and Rodeo, for a term of 25 years ending December 21, 2036.
