Document Description
The project will upgrade the existing WWTP to address insufficient treatment processes and to comply with the City's Waste Discharge Requirements and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit. The Project will upgrade the WWTP to a tertiary treatment level with a 0.5 million gallon per day permitted capacity, and will include construction of the following: 1) an influent pump station, 2) headworks, 3) secondary treatment system, 4) filtration, 5) ultraviolet disinfection, 6) re-aeration, chemical and solids handling facilities, 7) an equalization basin, 8) a laboratory/administration building, 9) electrical facilities, and 10) ancillary facilities required for proper WWTP operation.
