Document Description
The proposed project consists of the construction and operation of a natural gas storage facility in the City of Sacramento. Proposed project components would be located within the City of Sacramento, the City of West Sacrament, the County of Sacramento, and Yolo County. The proposed project includes the underground natural gas storage reservoir; a wellhead site; a compressor station; a buried 16-inch interconnection pipeline between the wellhead and compressor site; a buried 16-inch interconnection pipeline between the compressor site and Sacramento Municipal Utilities District (SMUD) Line 700; and the Yolo County interconnection consisting of a buried 12-inch interconnection pipeline between SMUD Line 700 and PG&E Line 172 and associated metering facilities.
