Document Description
Hunters View is a 267-unit public housing project developed by the San Francisco Housing Authority (SFHA) in 1957. The project sponsor proposes to construct a mixed-income community comprised of between about 650 and 800 uits. The project would include one-for-one replacement of the existing 267 public housing units. The project would likely also include some ground-floor commercial space and children's play areas. The project would be based on substainable "green" building technoogies and LEED certification components.
